Easy to set up and easy to use. Nothing not to like about this and at a fraction of the price of other hot tubs.

arrived with two pumps and no liner. Sorted out and new one sent/collected. However, ment actual date of purchase and getting was much later. That would not be a problem but the pump/hetater has now been sent back serval times with faults. Most recently delivered back to me ‘fixed’ three days later and it is broken again. Avoid and read trust pilot first if I were you. Company just moves you to manufacturer rather than helping.

Well it was good while it lasted, keeped tripping out after 2 months. If you don’t mind taking a chance then this hot tub is for you. mSpar Customer service was uninterested so Amazon made refund. But now I am stuck paddling pool that cannot be repaired.

We have had this hot tub for a year now. It looks great and set up was incredibly easy. It’s comfortable to sit in. That’s where the positives stop unfortunately. I had another brand, inflatable tub before this one as a trial for how easy to maintain/would we use it. It was wonderful, we used it all the time, had the chemicals down to a tee, the filter was amazing. So we bought this one when it got damaged. Sadly, this tub is impossible to maintain. The filter just not good enough. I keep it treated according to testing strips and chemicals as necessary. I use the correct filter and I clean and change it appropriately. And not matter what, it is murky after a single use. With my old one I could give a chlorine dose, float multifunction tabs and occasionally alter oh depending on use/conditions and a few tweaks with a good filter had it crystal clear all year round. This one has been refllled too many times to count. We do everything right but there is just no enjoying it, I would neither buy again (which I was planning to for another property) nor recommend.

Marche pas est tombé en panne au bout de 4 mois problème de fuite problème de particules en grosse quantité alors d'aujourd'hui ne fonctionne plus du tout dossier en polystyrène qui se désagrège à savoir Amazon ne prend que 90 jours de garantie après c'est à nous de se débrouiller avec le fabricant à l'heure d'aujourd'hui je n'ai aucun retour je vais partir en procédure attention pour 2300 € belle arnaque

Pues el mejor SPA que he tenido hasta ahora, todo va genial, la app móvil super bien, calientas el agua antes de llegar lo tienes todo listo, yo le pongo al agua una esencia que compré por aquí también que le da un olorcito a spa de verdad.
