Die Bürste macht einen sehr soliden Eindruck und ist perfekt geeignet für die schmale Öffnung eines Pizzaofens. Es ist eine Ersatzbürste dabei, die sich durch Lösen einer Schraube austauschen lässt. Durch die Länge lässt sich der Pizzaofen bis in die hinteren Ecken gut säubern.

I have used this item one time so far. I was happy with its performance. The long handle was great and we had to use it mid cook, because one of the pizzas didn’t launch correctly. The oven was so hot, that as we were scrubbing the burnt items on the pizza stone, the burnt items were reignited some. I really appreciate the replaceable brush and the extra brush head. I will buy again when needed. I used mine on an Ooni at several hundred degrees (F).
