My 6y old got this from Santa. Straight out of the box it didn’t work. After charging for hours and the light on the cord going green, we unplugged it and it would not turn on. We thought maybe it wasn’t charged enough. Plugged it back in but the charger kept showing green as if it were fully charged already. We read the instructions over and over. Tried to reset it. Left it plugged in longer. Nothing worked. I tried to contact the company but the only way to get help is by creating a ticket. You can’t talk to a person to troubleshoot at all. The phone number to call just tells you to go to the website and submit a ticket. Okay, so we got a lemon. Sent it back (with some explanation about how we could possibly send back a present from Santa) and ordered a new one from Amazon. Took a long time to receive it. We were excited and hopeful (especially our 6y old) but the EXACT. SAME. THING. HAPPENED. This time, we didn’t even try hard to get it working. We did all the tricks to try it and packed it right back up that day. I ordered the Gyroor brand hoverboard instead. We got one for our 11y old and it worked perfectly straight out of the box. So, despite trying to find a hoverboard that made a little more sense for a 6y old, we went with a brand we know would work.

Work great and seem to be be well built

Very durable, easy to learn and use

This is an absolutely horrible product! The first one I ordered was defective and wouldn’t charge or power on. So I submitted a return and ordered another one. The second one I ordered worked for less than a month and now one of the wheels won’t power on and move. It takes forever to fully charge and the battery doesn’t last very long. Would love to return this product but somehow the return window has closed. This was my daughter’s birthday gift and it’s so sad she didn’t even get to enjoy it for a month. Do your research! This hoverboard isn’t worth your money even if it was free! If I could give it zero stars I would!

Son loved it

Surprisingly a good buy so far. My daughter loves it. Battery life is acceptable and top speed is plenty for a 6 year old. We paired it with a cart. It does make excessive noise if you try to go too fast, but the kids are not complaining. I will watch to make sure it continues to work well.

My daughter is 5 years old and I got this for her birthday. She fits it perfect and is easy to use. We were amazed by how easy this was to use for her being 5. The appearance is just as it appears in the photo. It charges great and the wheels gravitate to the concrete, and the performance is smooth and rides fantastic. Great quality.
