Was like magic, took off that pesky and hard to get off sticker tape. Had a huge job to get adhesive off my truck bed and worked like a charm! No scratching at all and took it off fast. Great price value compared to the $50 name brand 3M wheel (total rip off). Some tips, clean the surface as best you can, and go really slow with the drill, sometime the slower the better! The right tools for the right job folks!

I have a Chevy Silverado that I swapped out the badges/letters on. Before I bought the decal remover it took me on average 1 hour per emblem to take off. Once I got this I was able to knock them all out within an hour and half. Save your fingernails. Much better than the adhesive removers. Absolutely worth it! Even if you are only doing it for one vehicle.

The solid wheel worked really good and so did the slotted wheel, but it broke fairly quickly.

So I ordered this to help me remove the under glue on foam sheet on the rear of my boat. It took a little elbow grease to work the glue up but it didn't remove it, just moved it around. I had the great idea to run it on pneumatic tool instead of my drill. THAT IS A BAD IDEA!!! MAX OF 4000RPM and it sheared apart in half. My fault, so I had to order another and wait the next day, lesson learned. So, I used mineral spirits with this tool to remove that glue that gets swirled up. Patience is the key to this and multiple battery packs for the drill.

I had high hopes that this wheel would remove 30 year old brittle decals from our pontoon boat because other methods have failed. This serrated rubber wheel barely removed any of an old decal from the aluminum boat wall yet after about 15 minutes of use it had already worn down the rubber significantly, at an angle. See photo. We had to hold the drill firmly against the aluminum with steady pressure while also moving it around the decal, while trying to keep the wheel from spinning off the drill. The design involves an adapter drill bit that inserts into the drill end then the wheel is screwed into the adapter, but the direction of the threads for the wheel screw allows the whole wheel to unscrew and fly off of the drill during use. It would seem to be a better design if the wheel and drill adapter were all one piece, then they would be held in place by tightening the drill end. At first I was taken by surprise when the wheel flew off and fortunately I saw where it landed in the lake. I was able to reach into the water with my arm and retrieve the wheel on the shallow mucky lake bottom. But it spun off again and again. Wish I could get a refund.

It’s like a big rubber eraser wheel! On the painted metal of your car, this thing is pretty dumby proof. And it works great, I have used it even to get some stubborn bugs that I thought would never come off. Had a bad coating of cerakote applied to my trim on my truck, using this to get the coat off, I wouldn’t reccomend it for this as you have to be super careful, but it looks close to new if you get it just right (take your time for this heat us your enemy)
