I bought this supplement on friend's recommendation and I'm loving it! For years I struggled with bloated stomach, despite having an ok diet. Felt uncomfortable and windy with a protruding stomach that made me look constantly pregnant! This product claims to regulate your gut lining and improve absorption of nutrients from your food and I have noticed improvements after just 5 days of taking it. I felt like my guts calmed down, I'm hardly ever bloated and it also seems to lower appetite as I'm not snacking between meals anymore. Gone down 5in in waist within 2 weeks, and it stayed that way. I would recommend quitting on some foods that may bloat you as well, for better effects, in my case it was white toast bread and cured meats. This is not a quick fix ans may not work on everybody but it's worth a try. Highly recommended
