Great customer service. This is a very large hammock frame and the delivery company dropped the package and it was delivered damaged. I contacted Charles Bentley through the Amazon messaging service and a replacement was sent out overnight and I received it the next day - so full marks to Charles Bentley customer services and zero marks to DX Freight the delivery company. The hammock is wonderful but be aware it is heavy and needs quite a bit of space in the garden. Very happy with my purchase and the response of the company.

Excellent product. Very well packed, arrived in perfect condition. Simple to put together and deliciously relaxing to lie in!

Nice base. Hammock spreader (on 2 man) is too large for the frame so it gets caught on the frame (see photo). I view this as a design flaw, however vendor refused to replace with single (unless I paid extra for the single). Very poor. I have gone elsewhere.

I am a hammock lover and this hammock does not disappoint. It is sturdy and therefore heavy so would not suit if you needed to move it around a lot. I only move mine a little bit now and then to let the grass recover. The actual fabric part is cream and I think will get dirty easily. It is attached to the wooden struts and the metal chain so will be difficult to wash. That is why I awarded it 4 rather than 5 stars. It looks very nice in my garden. Was not complicated to put together but really useful to have a second pair of hands to hold things in place whilst you line up the bolts otherwise it would be really awkward. It is nice and wide though so plenty of room for my granddauther and I to have a little sway together on a sunny afternoon.

Great hammock, just what I was looking for. It is huge so make sure you have the space for it. Looks elegant, very well made for the price, can't fault it, very easy to put together as long as you're ok with basic tools and nuts and bolts. Delivery arrived as scheduled without any hassle. All in all a great buy.

I ordered the hammock as it was the largest one I found within my price range. It was efficiently delivered before the delivery date. However, when I put the hammock together it just looks like it's all stand and not enough canvas. In the instructions, it said to loop the chain through the ends of the hammock and clip to stand. In reality, it was not possible to loop the the chains, as the hammock was too small. Therefore the chain is stretched out in a single nature with one clip on each end. (extra clips were provided so maybe it's meant to be like this). Although I understand that the stand needs to be a certain size to enable the hammock to be stable, it does seem that the hammock could have been somewhat bigger and more spacious. No complaint about the service at all.

Bought this for for my husband, he loves it as do I. It’s huge, plenty of room for us both in it. Looks amazing and very sturdy.

Love this. It was easy to put together and is very strong and sturdy. It is not meant to be taken down and moved a lot but as a result can hold two adults with easy. A great addition to any garden.
