THIS IS THE BEST SNAKE REPELLANT I'VE EVER USED!!! I've tried Snake Away & other granule type products in the past, but they have to be reapplied after rain & when the scent of the granules wear off. That gets EXPENSIVE!! I ordered 2 of these solar snake repellant stakes & put them in the ground. Instructions said give it a couple wks to take full effect. It only took about 1 week & the snakes were no longer swimming under & around my dock!! There have been days in the spring that I would have to stop fishing & go inside because there were so many snakes surrounding my dock it gave me the willies!!! Well NOT ANYMORE thanks to these Solar Snake Repellant thingies! I would & have recommended these to folks I know that have seen snakes in their yards. I even gave 2 of mine to a neighbor that saw snakes up close to the door of his house! He said he hasn't seen another snake since he put them in the ground!! 💯👍🏼 I'm headed into Amazonland I even watched 1 snake swim toward my dock, stop about 3-4 yards out, look in my direction for a few seconds & then TURNED AROUND AND LEFT!!! I HAVE NOT SEEN 1 SNAKE UNDER OR AROUND MY DOCK SINCE I PUT THESE OUT!!! They do make a faint intermittant buzzing noise, but now I don't even notice the sound!! And as far as price goes... THIS PRODUCT CANT BE BEAT!!! You pay for them once & your done, unlike the granules that have to be reapplied @ approx $50 a bag!! These work SO GREAT that I ordered another set to extend my "no mo lowbelly" snake free zone!!

these actually work, we haven't seen snakes ever since we put these in- we have a big fear of snakes in our house and we have a forest in our backyard so this was an essential purchase for us . they are very reliable , a year has passed and they are still working perfectly. Seller was a joy to work with when we got a malfunctioning one. very easy to install, noise is perfect , not annoying and yet effective. so nice that they are solar powered , so just install and forgot about it... like we try to forget snakes exist lol

I bought 4 of these because I have a problem with kangaroo mice and rattlesnakes in my yard. It doesn't bother the mice or squirrels at all. I don't know about the snakes yet, it's only been 3 days, but the noise is disturbing to me. I have followed directions and have the spikes as far in the ground as possible and have tried to pile dirt around it. My deck is 50 ft away and I hear this thing every minute. The mice and squirrels run right past it. Was hoping for good results of keeping rodents and snakes away, it just disturbs the peace and seems to not work as advertised. Update: I have had these a couple months now. I believe they DO work for snakes. I had many rattlesnakes and now I haven't seen any. As for rodents, they DO NOT work at all. I have one in my garden. I have many mice, moles, squirrels and rabbits still, everyday.

I used it in my backyard for 2 weeks. The noise level is acceptable, if the surround environment is quiet, you can listen the zizi Sonic sound. But the repel effect is limited, or even can say no effect. The chipmunks, rabbits are always there, even near the ultra sonic maker about 2 ft when it working.

The product is as advertised for sturdiness and color. The solar screen is pretty large and seems to last through the night for emitting sound and vibration. I wasn't expecting the sound to be that loud, but it becomes easy to get use to pretty quick. There is a feature they don't indicate - this product has a small light under the solar area - it's the brightest, but that worked for us as we were not expecting a light at all. There is not a means to turn this "nightlight" off. Installation was easy - I would recommend using a wooden dowel to drive a hole in ground slightly smaller than product to make it easier to fit into the ground. The plastic will not withstand hammering into the dirt without a "pre-drilled" hole. We just got them, so will be waiting to see if all of the pests (armadillo and snakes) are removed from our yard.

Setting up the two repellents was easy, and the solar charge keeps the LED lights on all night. Since using them, I haven't seen a single snake or moles in my yard. Plus, they're rainproof and the design blends well into the lawn. Perfect for keeping your yard and garden protected without chemicals. Highly recommended!

Came home from a trip and found a snake in my dining room and not sure how he got in. But I am attempting to protect the outside of my house to prevent them from ever wanting to come in. Hopefully it works. I haven't seen one since I can see that. It is doing what it says it's supposed to do. It actually makes a noise or a vibration from an emotion from the ground. And also it's supposed to be able to, uh, the vibrations are to make the snake leave and also if you have voles or or moles or anything like that, the vibration also helps for any of them that dig in your yard so I would give it a try.It seems to be functioning properly, and it was a good value for the money. I have put it in the planter. Buy my front walkway away from the front door uh, so it's like right by the walkway and also buy my back patio by the screen door so hopefully it does its job and makes them turn around instead of attempting to come in.

Easy to use! We’ve had these for over a month since a surprise visit from a snake and living on a pond we have been warned about Water Moccasins. So far no snakes where we’ve put these. I may buy 2 more.
