Great product, great value! Works well for 1/4 the price of others!

This product serves its purpose and works as advertised. When I was on a carb restricted diet, this helped tremendously with energy and getting past that wall you experience when on a ketogenic diet. However, the taste and texture was very hard to get past. It tastes "chemically" and is very chalky. Make sure you dilute it with a lot of water.

I’m really impressed with this Nutricost BHB Salts drink mix. The Fruit Punch flavor tastes even better than the lemonade mix I’ve tried before — smoother, less sharp, and something I actually look forward to drinking. It also mixes more easily, with no clumps or gritty texture. Overall, it’s a great way to get ketones in and stay on track. Highly recommended.

I've tried about four different BHB salts and these are my favorite by far! They are all very strong tasting but all of the brands add flavorings. These do what they claim..about half an hour after we drink them, our ketone urine strips show strong levels of ketones. My son and I both love the rush of energy we get along with the increased mental clarity and ability to concentrate afterwards. We've been drinking this brand for about four years and haven't found any we like better. I highly recommend these BHB salts.

Great taste, little bit on a sweet note, I like the BHB Salts and will buy it again.

Sweetened with Stevia. Too sweet for me. (Not a fan of stevia, any way.)

Great stuff. Thought it was a placebo effect at first so I pulled a couple gym sessions without it. Definitely gives you a bump.

Tastes great, effective at optimal hydration and it's a great value for your money.
