Works well, easy to use. Had an issue but their great customer service (Lucy) helped replace with an upgraded version quickly

At first, I was very pleased with the item, as it functioned well. However, within less than three months, the bottom part of the pod burned, and the item ceased to function. A replacement would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Das Reinigungsgerät überzeugt nicht nur mit seiner Optik sondern auch der Leistung, die problemlos und gründlich einem die Handarbeit abnimmt. Dazu kann man sogar kleinen Schmuck damit reinigen! I am genuinely astounded by the Zima Dental Pod. I clean my aligners every single day, yet they had still taken on that inevitable yellowy tinge over time. I honestly thought that was just something you had to accept. Enter the Zima Pod. After just a couple of sessions, my aligners are literally looking like new. Crystal clear. Fresh. It’s nothing short of incredible. The pod uses ultrasonic waves, and while the science behind it is clearly very clever, the real proof is in the results. This thing cleans in a way that brushing and soaking simply cannot match. It’s compact, beautifully designed, effortless to use, and delivers results that far exceeded my expectations. I opened it expecting a modest improvement and ended up genuinely amazed. If you wear aligners and want them properly clean, the Zima Dental Pod is an absolute game-changer.
