Really impressed... Does exactly as I'd hoped.

I had my VW UP keys replaced a couple years ago after my original was damaged. Unfortunately the spongy key part (beware my technical terms!) has started to come loose and won't stay in place. This cover has been great, my original remote key slot in easily and now the spongy key pressing part can't go anywhere and the key itself looks new, or better than new with it's gleaming chrome design. The only drawback, which is also a plus, is that the cover makes the key a bit bulky, this is unavoidable as the design is to make is easy to slot your existing key, without any modification etc, straight into the cover therefore logically that means the cover is slightly larger than the original key and making the whole thing a little bulky. The cover also makes the flip key button and the remote buttons less sensitive and so requiring intentional and obvious force to use the functions, not that you need to have super strong fingers but something to bare in mind. Overall I am happy as it's a cheap solution to a problem I was dealing well and it as improved the aesthetics of my original key.

I like these VAG group key covers. This one just slips over the key fob and protects the inner key case. Really good if the rubber buttons is starting to wear as in my case.
