Review: Great clock, great company! - After initially buying the first clock and finding faults with the lighting, the company kindly and swiftly supplied me with a second clock which appears to be working fine and has done for 6 months now. They were very thorough in getting to the bottom of why the fault happened and have even informed me that they have changed manufacturer because of this issue. A very good company that listens to their customers and if you buy this clock, there shouldn’t be any issues anymore, and even if there are issues, they’ll sort you out and be extremely helpful in getting to the bottom of any issues. Comes in a very well packed box that ensures zero damage when transporting. I love the clock now, I got it initially because I hate the tick tock sounds all mechanical clocks have, the fact the clock automatically dims or lights up to suit surroundings is brilliant, it even works as a night light that’s just about bright enough to see where I’m going during the night if I nip to the loo and I’m able to see the the time without being dazzled.

A: The clock has remote, when the countdown finish, it will have a sound.

**Q: How long is the power cord?**
A: 3 meters

**Q: Can i freeze this in the calendar mode? is it available in smaller digits?  can i get user guide before purchase?**
A: This mode needs to be changed manually. The digital size of the clock is fixed and cannot be changed. If you buy this clock, an instruction manual will be attached.

**Q: I built a frame around the clock-- it looks great.  But where is the light sensor exactly?  I need to make an opening so the dimmer still works.**
A: Hello,it is recommended that you do not make an opening of the clock easily, otherwise the internal parts will be easily damaged. All parts are on the internal circuit board of the clock.

After initially buying the first clock and finding faults with the lighting, the company kindly and swiftly supplied me with a second clock which appears to be working fine and has done for 6 months now. They were very thorough in getting to the bottom of why the fault happened and have even informed me that they have changed manufacturer because of this issue. A very good company that listens to their customers and if you buy this clock, there shouldn’t be any issues anymore, and even if there are issues, they’ll sort you out and be extremely helpful in getting to the bottom of any issues. Comes in a very well packed box that ensures zero damage when transporting. Pretty expensive compared to various similar clocks available but all the others I could find have additional info on the display - date, day of the week etc. I just wanted the simplest most uncluttered display and this looks great. I set it to medium brightness and turned off the blinking dots.
