My daughter is turning two shortly and already feeling a lot of big emotions, I was looking for a way to help her identify her emotions when I found these posters. What really stood out to me about these posters is that there are real children showing the emotions. I want her to see those faces and recognize that her emotions are human. I really appreciate it in this sea of clip art. The paper is firm and has a bit of a gloss to it. If I were to use this in a setting with many young children I would laminate in order to extend the lifespan, but since this is being used at home I have no concerns about it ripping. I am so excited to use them!

Perfect for SEL lessons! These posters are colorful, durable, and age-appropriate. My students love pointing out how they’re feeling, and it opens the door for great conversations.

I bought this product about 1.5 months ago, and with regular use, it's been a tremendous help! We keep it on our fridge and started by identifying emotions based on scenarios (storytelling). We then progressed to using it to identify our emotions directly on the fridge, focusing mostly on obvious ones like upset, sad, excited, and jealous. Whenever a negative emotion came up, we would flip the page to identify a coping skill. I let my child choose, and simply thinking about what he wanted to do from the chart was enough to stop the usually prolonged continued scream crying. Since starting consistent use, after 3 weeks we've experienced no tantrums or inconsolable crying at all (hope I don't jinx it!). Even when we're out and about, if something happens, he remembers the chart and thinks about what he wants to do. Honestly, it's helped us as parents too!

Have these up in my office and they’re great! It’s printed on a shiny paper. Love that they’re in Spanish and English.

These laminated feelings posters are fantastic, engaging and educational. The posters are sturdy, well-made, and easy to hang, and the illustrations are clear and colorful. It had a wide range of "feelings" for the purpose, and we can see using the posters to express how they’re feeling to help with communication and emotional awareness. There are also smaller posters on "how to apologize", "how to be a great friend", and calm breathing technique. These can be a great addition to a little one's home/calm down corner, and I can see how useful they’d be in classrooms or therapy settings too.

This is our second item from the THINKPSYCH brand and the quality and design have proven to be phenomenal again. Sometimes, you really have to pay attention to things you get on Amazon, especially when the pricing is great, we've learned the hard way to be hypervigilant abou typos or odd concepts that aren't fully thought out which you may not catch by just quickly looking at listing photos. Luckily, we've found that with this brand, the products are always thoughtful and in perfect grammatically correct English. In this case, the reverse side of each of these 12 posters is in Spanish, so believe/hope that the Spanish side is just as well written as the English. On to the actual concepts shown on the 12 posters: they are amazing and range from showing actual photos of children and their facial expressions for different feelings to a poster showing how to do "square breathing - 4 breaths in/held/out/paused). There are words (and therefore tools) that you can use with your child to learn how to manage their feelings better and also recognize what happens if we let things escalate/ the different stages. It also features some positive talk and guidance on what can be done when you're feeling frustrated for example. Love how these colourful laminated posters, give you an outlet and a reference to talk to your child about emotions and really helps you get the conversation started on how to identify how you're feeling, giving them names and improving communication, which in and of it self often helps to deescalate frustrations then offers simple kid-friendly tips on how to calm down even further. These have been a great resource and honestly, find it good for parents too to practice these techniques and language. Very happy with the physical and conceptual quality of these posters and highly recommend!

I just got back to work at a school and I am setting up my class for the new school year. A coworker came in and saw these poster and she loved them!! She asked me where I got them and wanted to order some. Because there are multiple posters, I did give her a couple for her class. Honestly these are perfect to help kids learn about emotional regulation and I know 100% that my students will love them when they start next week. These are actually kind of amazing posters for any classroom, daycare or even just at home for your kids. It covers all the basic most important things you need to teach kids to self regulate and be confident in social situations.. the posters are clear and big. The additional language on the back is great as well.

These double sided posters have English on one side and Spanish on the other. We use the English side as our other official language is French so we don’t have a lot of Spanish speakers at my work. Our clients love the posters… even the littles that don’t understand them yet love having their parents read them out loud. They are a fantastic learning tool and there’s something for every age group. Overall, these are great for schools, learning centres and any other place where children hang out. I love that they are laminated and will last a long time.
