Good grinder and good build quality in a compact package.
The 1Zpresso Q Manual Coffee Grinder has been a great addition to my coffee setup. Its solid construction and premium build quality immediately stand out when you hold it. The stainless steel conical burr produces a consistent grind size. It's in a travel-friendly size which makes it perfect for bringing along on trips when I don't want to drink hotel coffee. It fits easily in my backpack without taking up much space. However, this compact design does come with a trade-off in capacity. At just 15-20 grams, it's definitely designed for single-cup brewing. This becomes especially limiting when using darker roasts, which typically require more beans by weight to get the same strength in your cup. I appreciate the thoughtful design elements, like the textured grip that prevents slipping. The materials used feel premium and durable. I've had it now for a couple years and is holding up well. For those who primarily brew for themselves, this grinder offers an excellent balance of portability and performance. However, if you regularly make coffee for multiple people, you might find yourself having to refill and grind several times, which could become tedious. If this is the case, look for a model with larger capacity. Overall, the 1Zpresso Q Manual Coffee Grinder delivers quality results in a conveniently portable single cup package. I pair it with an AeroPress Go for travel. Perfect combo!

Great for a cup on the go
This is my first manual grinder and it was recommended as a convenient size. I love that it fits inside an aeropress, its pretty easy to use, and it holds just the right amount of coffee beans for my cup. I used exactly 15 grams and ir was perfect. Its the perfect balance of price, quality, and portability

Wonderful!
This little hand-held, manual coffee grinder is exceptional! It's simple, effective, and very well constructed. The grinder uses the highest quality blades to produce exquisite, perfectly cut grounds of coffee. Please note that the grinder is manual, not electric. And the ground settings take a little practice. But there are plenty of youtube videos to help. It produces the freshest and most flavorful coffee ground. Great for pour over, drip, and french press. While it does over an espresso grind, I haven't used it yet - and some suggest it may not be the best for an espresso cut. Notwithstanding, I highly recomnend it! It's a little work, physically, but quite a little fun too.

Fits nicely in the Aeropress, great for travel, not as consistent as the K-Ultra
Have traveled with the K-Ultra for a few years. Great grinder, enjoy the results, but it takes up a bit of space in my pack. Wanted to reduce coffee footprint in my pack, and the Q fits inside the Aeropress. It does the job, means I have to carry that much less. But the grind isn't as consistent as the K-Ultra. Still makes a fine cup, but you taste the difference. For me, it's an acceptible compromise. Road trips, still going to bring the K-Ultra. But the Q has found a place in my pack (well, in my Aeropress) for air travel.

An excellent hand grinder with top-notch customer service
I have been using a 1Zpresso Q for three months now. Compared to my Baratza Encore, it gives a sweeter coffee that tastes better. It produces better grind consistency (fewer boulders and fines) and makes a lot less noise, of course. The 1Zpresso I have has a 7-lobe burr and that yields a better cup of coffee. I use it primarily for pour-over, specifically a V60 #1, with 200 g to 230 g of water. If you need more than that, say, a couple of mugs, then you will should consider a bigger 1Zpresso. The Q shines for pour over; it is not the best choice for very fine grinding. I have made a few Aeropress mugs, but it takes more effort to grind fine enough. I let it fall to the floor of the kitchen and bent the external ring. I contacted 1Zpresso, and they sent me a replacement ring from abroad. The customer service is excellent, friendly, and fast in answering and shipping. My experience: an excellent hand grinder, well built, with top-notch customer service if needed.

Perfect for Aeropress
It fits well inside an Aeropress and it is the right size to grind the perfect amount of coffee for a single cup. The grind size is consistent, and the adjustment increments are small enough for a good amount of precision. The burr is the same one used on some of their more expensive grinders, and it works well. The folding handle is not the most compact design, but it does reduce the profile a bit when stowed, and keeps the grinder from falling out of the Aeropress. It feels solid and well made. The quality exceeds the price, and it should last for years. If you're using pre-ground coffee or a cheap blade grinder in your Aeropress, this is a significant upgrade and will help you make a much better tasting cup of coffee.

Versatile Grinder At A Good Price
Purchasing this grinder was my first venture into hand grinders. I did my research by watching videos online and comparing different brands based on what I was looking for in a grinder. I ultimately decided on this one due to its size, grind settings for my purposes and the overall price point. I have not been disappointed. As other reviewers have noted, the grind settings (clicks) take a little bit of getting used to and the documentation does leave a bit to be desired as it does not provide much detail. I will say that once you find the setting for your desired grind, you will be happy. I use this grinder for Aeropress, drip and the occasional latte (espresso grind). The espresso grind could be more fine, but for what I use it for, this is a great piece of equipment. The grind for the drip coffee maker and Aeropress have been dialed in and I could not be happier. Once thing to note is that the company added a rubber grip (the non-metallic part of the grinder) so it slips less when you are grinding, but it might still slip on you every once in a while, but it is not that big of a deal to me, just something to be aware of. If you are looking for a quality hand grinder that won't break the bank and is pretty versatile, I would take a look at this brand and model.

Honestly, this is just really bad design. Grinder is top heavy, topples over when you even look at it. If you are putting your grinds in your coffee maker, you can not put the grinder away whilst it stands, because either it is too top heavy and when the handle is collapsed the handle is under the top part, so it can not stand either. Feels like a prototype.

Funciona adecuadamente, en su rango precio-calidad me parece es el único en su ámbito. Funciona desde prensa francesa hasta espresso (aunque no es su mejor función). Satisfecho con la compra.
