These are very easy to take and after taking them even after a few days my blood sugar shaky feeling subsided so they have helped already. There are 120 capsules in the bottle so they should last a while as I don't feel I need them all the time as the problem comes and goes, so for myself personally they are worth the cost. Overall they are good to have on hand.

If you need to control glucose levels this product does the job effectively. I find the capsule easy to swallow being quite small. There is no after taste which is good.

Very easy to swallow with no nasty aftertaste. The pack should last a good while. I'm not sure that they're actually doing anything but I'll continue to take them and update if necessary.
