Use lightly for a comforting fragrance
Used lightly in the wash, it is a great comforting smell to fabrics that gives wafts of fragrance without being overwhelming or obvious. I use it especially on my pajamas and sheets and love the comforting smell when I go to bed. I can’t comment on how well it cleans but I have never noticed that it does not remove dirt or stains, but that isn’t a real issue for me anyway. My clothes always look nice and smell clean. I use other detergents for heavier washes but this one is great for everyday clothes. Makes laundry day a little bit better.

Reduced my costs, smells fantastic, & sample pack worth trying
Received a bottle of Cozy Cashmere on 1/30, only used it for clothing. Finished it 8/17. This one smells so good (floral, fresh and light, sweet but not in any bad way). It does last a long time despite often using generous amounts. The bottle doesn’t take up a lot of space nor is it really heavy. It’s lasted longer than detergents I used to buy (Arm & Hammer, Tide). Plus I don’t have to buy fabric softener anymore. The only thing with this specific item is how thick the consistency is. I use an HE washer. I’ve been diluting this one a little before putting it in the detergent cup. If I don’t, then there’s a fair amount leftover in the cup after a wash. I do appreciate how concentrated it is for the space-saving and cost per use, but the other fragrances aren’t as thick as Cozy Cashmere is. I purchased a second bottle of Cozy Cashmere, one of Sugar Dew, and Central Coast. Used SD for fabrics, linens, home stuff. Not a fan of the scent, a bit sweet for me. Got Central Coast in place of SD — sooooo refreshing. Ended up getting the sample pack for fragrance and viscosity comparison. Only Cozy Cashmere is thick enough to get stuck in the detergent cup. I plan on adding Desert Poppy and the pine one to the rotation.

Beware the quality has changed or been tampered with
When we first bought this in September it was AMAZING! The best laundry detergent I’ve ever used. The smell was divine. It was normal laundry detergent consistency. When we ran out I ordered another… this time it barely had any scent… like a whisper of a scent and it was mostly bubble suds and some thin water like substance. I returned and ordered another hoping for the first batch we had quality. Same watery sudsy hardly scented fluid. Another one, same thing. I started to think it was a bad batch and that ordering direct from the mozi wash website would fix the issue, turns out they use Amazon to ship the products for some strange reason so as you can imagine…. The same disappointing mystery liquid. I am so heartbroken to have found the best detergent I’ve ever used in my life and have it be unattainable ever since it was finished 💔

Solid Four Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Hey Amazon Friends, In the throes of postpartum here. I don't have many moments to breathe. So when I sneak down to the basement to do our laundry, I enjoy smelling the aroma of cashmere and coziness. It's a little moment of luxury in my day. (We did try the "blue" kind one time- I didn't like the smell as much) A few things to take note of... 1. Yes, this stuff is pricier. It's about 70 cents per load, which is not cheap in comparison to other bulk detergents. That being said- a little goes a long way, and we reserve this detergent for things such as clothes and our bedsheets. Towels, our dog's laundry, guest room sheets (sorry guests, but times are tough), get regular bulk detergent. 2. The bad reviews ring true- this is not the best packaging. It gets rusty and I've had the rust get onto other things. I get it's recyclable, which, you know... cool, but it's not worth the mess of it. 3. They definitely changed the formula, and quite honestly? I'm not crazy about it. The first bottle we ever got had a thicker viscosity and a deeper amber color. It also had a stronger smell. The second bottle on was more watery and it made me wonder if they watered the product down for cost purposes. The wateriness of it makes it messier to work with, especially when pouring into the top of a washer. In closing, I'm a fan of this product, and I recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a plant based product that has a pleasant scent. Using the original formula and fixing the packaging would earn them 5 stars, so for now I land on a solid 4.

LOVE!
Love this stuff! To make it go far I empty the whole container into a large unscented Tide detergent. It mixes well and the smell on my clothes last forever. Costly yes, but hey it’s my laundry and i think it’s worth it!

Decent product. Horrible container
Love the smell! However container starts rusting and leaking from sides and bottom leading to waste and huge mess. Needs to be in a different container.

Smells amazing!
Doesn't take much so it lasts a while, and it smells so luxurious!

No longer worth it (formula changed)
This used to be the most incredible laundry detergent. The scent was powerful, pleasant, and lasting. Everyone would complement the fragrance and ask what it was from and hardly believe us when we said laundry detergent. However, they changed the formula and it’s simply not the same product anymore, not even close. The scent itself has changed for the worse, and it’s not nearly as potent as it used to be. The consistency has also changed for the worse, it’s thick and viscous to the point it’s even hard to pour out of the bottle. Unfortunately, the product is no longer worth the price of admission. Look elsewhere for premium detergent until further notice.
