It does not work. The spikes are too weak and birds can and do get out easily. Other larger animals like rabbits they come in, eat the bait, and leave as they please. Waste of money.

Easy to put together. Not sure on the longevity is since it’s put together with zip ties. Not sure that smaller animals couldn’t be caught by this trap too.

Not large enough, doesn’t work

Don’t buy this! Ordered first one but parts didn’t fit. No instructions booklet and parts were not strong. So I ordered another one, thinking first one was defective. Second one was exactly same one. So am returning both.

I WANTED IT TO TRAP LOOSE PARAKEETS THAT ESCAPED THE CAGE AND IT IS A HOTEL FOR THEM SINCE THEY CAN GO IN AND OUT. IT IS ALL HELD TOGETHER WITH PLASTIC TIES AND MAY WORK FOR LARGE BIRDS LIKE PIGEONS BUT NOT FOR SMALLER BIRDS. MY BIRDS ARE CONFINED TO A SCREENED POOL PATIO.

Not a quality design. Held together by zip ties. The bottom grate is too wide and too long to fit inside the frame.

The media could not be loaded. Price during review- $52.99Got this to humanely trap a bird that got into our basement and didnt know how to get out. I can see where the idea would be good, that the bird would enter,and then be trapped, but it didn't work for us. Day after day went by with no bird entering the trap. We used multiple food varieties as recommended by various web searches but ultimately I think it's just that the trap is as difficult to get into, as it is to get out of. The metal of the product is sturdy enough, but the zip ties are very flimsy and of poor quality. I ended up using my own which I felt more confident with. It is a high price to pay for something that will be used maybe once and that too with not much success.
