I bought this to put my logo on guitars that I build. The logo is very well crafted with good material. The temperature control works perfect. It is a learning curve to know the length the time to keep it pressed in contact with the Wood. I’ve already branded my first guitar neck and it looks great. I had to sandpaper it though because I kept it in contact too long. Other than my mistake, it is a very good Quality purchase.

I received this Iron a couple weeks ago. Anxious to try it and did that yesterday. only one word to describe it and that word is "AWESOME". I am so happy with the results. One lil glitch for me was i used the included temperature guide for wood and it was too hot. Lowered the temp and it worked great. I will sum it up with I am VERY pleased.

I was hopeful but hesitant when ordering this custom branding iron for my wife's pyrography artwork. I had already created the design in Adobe Illustrator and was able to upload it without issue for review and approval. The brand was created perfectly and everything seems to be high quality. This was a Christmas gift and arrived without issue and on time. Communication was great and the entire process was smooth. Highly recommend !

Worked as expected. Arrived a bit earlier than expected. Takes a bit of practice to get used to using it. Works as well as another one we own from Rockler and costs less. Very happy. May choose another head to try. Be sure to get the rest at no extra cost so you can set it down safely while it's heating up. We only use ours on wood.

The seller did a great job with the branding iron. The iron works just as described. I would have given it a 5 star if it heated up faster.

I wanted to like this so much. I ordered a custom branding iron to put a logo for an upcoming wedding on wooden favors. Customer service was quick and responsive and did a nice job using our exact logo. Unfortunately, the experience with the branding iron has been completely unsatisfactory. It was obvious from the beginning that the surface of the iron itself was not flat. Many experiments later with rocking the iron, starting at one edge and then another has failed to produce any consistent results. If the top is well branded, the bottom is too faint to read. Or the same thing with left and right. We even tried on a different type of wood. My husband used a pry bar to try to leverage pressure on areas that weren't getting it. The plate is simply not flat and cannot make an impression of the entire logo. Also, the iron itself has has a light on it that appears to indicate if it is heating. It flickers intermittently. The directions say not to worry about that, but I've never seen something electrical flicker like that and be working correctly. Good thing I still have a couple of weeks until I need these items because I will be bringing them to a local place to have them laser engraved. Very sad because we wanted a homemade look to these items. Poor quality. We cannot recommend. This was a huge waste of nearly $100.

This custom woodworking branding iron came out perfectly. The electric branding iron itself is of high quality and the custom brand (which was my restaurant's logo) was very detailed and transferred to my woodworking project perfectly. I'd highly recommend this product!!! -Paul
