A little rough at first
The first dozen or so prints were really rough. They seemed to have a fine sprinkling of ink on them. After that it was fine when printing documents. But if the documents have graphics the ink is too dark and heavy.The images are not sharp. I print a lot of flyers for local businesses and I noticed the difference right away.I would like to give it 3.5 - 4 stars because if you are printing just text documents, this is fine after the first dozen.
