Telic Energy Flip Flop - Comfort Sandals for Men and Women

I have plantar fasciitis and summer is always a problem because I love to wear sandals, but they are murder on my arches. I wear orthotics the rest of the year, and then comes summer, and I have to go around flat footed. I first bought the Oofos sandal and love those! I wanted a second pair and decided to try the Terox. They are equally wonderful and fit about the same. The arch support helps my feet so much and the spongy-like cushioning gives amazing shock absorption, which protects my feet from all-day fatigue. I have always gone barefoot around the house, and it has finally dawned on me that I need to protect my arches all day, so I use my second pair in the house now. For me going barefoot is a difficult habit to break, but I am wearing them at home about 70% of the time now and that seems to be helping. I suggest wearing these sandals for a couple hours a day and work up because the realignment due to the arch support takes your body a little getting used to.This type of sandal may not be for everyone who likes cute little sandal styles, but I simply have to go with comfort and protection. I have the thong style so cannot comment on the slide.I also tried the Zori, Orthoheel, and Spenco with great hopes they would work for me. They are very nice sandals and also fit a wide foot and have pretty good arch support, but the sole material is just too hard and they do not provide the step recovery I need. Love these sandals. They're like walking on little pillows.

These TELIC Energy Flip Flops are exactly as promised. I like how well they nicely support my arches and yet they are cushiony soft. I can't express enough how comfortable they are. They allow you to have a nice bounce in your step. I wear these all day everyday during the summer and indoors year round. I also like the variety of colors offered. I purchased Melted Crayon to match up with different color schemes I wear. I absolutely love them! They're pricey so definitely get them when they have a special sale.

At how comfortable these sandals are! I am a die-hard Crocs fan. I own several pairs and wear them for everything, from walking the dog to mall shopping. Lately I have noticed that my feet and legs are very tired after wearing them. I have also noticed that I roll in on my ankles and the Crocs I own do not have heel cups. I did a little research and came across About.com's section on walking. These sandals were the #1 pick by the readers. I decided to give them a try because Amazon has free returns on shoes (yay!). After wearing them for a few days I have found them to be very comfortable and the arch support is wonderful! The heel cup seems to be adequate as I don't feel myself rolling in as much. Based on the information and reviews I ordered an 8 (I wear an 8 or 8-1/2 depending on the brand). When I first put them on, they felt a smidge on the small side, but after wearing for a few days, they feel fine. Hubby says they look like they fit my feet properly. Some people have complained about the price, but I feel they are a nice mid range sandal and well worth the cost. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

SO COMFY. This is my 3rd pair because I wear them every day. I found the price on Amazon to be half of what the Telic website was selling for, so I'm very happy!

I have large, very flat feet, and as an older woman, it is difficult to find sandals that are cute yet support my feet and legs. I cannot wear tight shoes anymore. I got these, put them on and went to Walmart, walked all around the store. My hip has been sore for a week after lots of heavy lifting from moving. My legs and feet truly in pain. i felt better at the end of the shopping trip and swear my hip felt better. These are not as tough as Crocs brand nor as wimpy as some of the foreign brands. I found they are soft, spongy but supportive. They grip too, no slipping or sliding as some higher end plastic sandals like crocs are tough plastic that does not grip tile or wet flooring. THESE are GREAT. The sizing seems accurate for women's but these are not a man's 11M, they're more of a women's 11-12 M shoe. Fine as I wear that size.

I ordered a half dozen pairs of sandals recently looking for something casual and comfortable to wear. I wasn't going for style, but comfort for padding on my toes and heels instead of being barefoot. The Telic Unisex flip flop andals and the OOFOS Unisex flip flop sandals seemed similar. I generally wear a womens 7.5 or a European 38 but had tried on a pair of OOFOS in store and was able to comfortably wear their size 7-5 (which is a womens 7, mens 5), and with many reviews saying to order a size up I ordered a size 8 in this style. These run much smaller. Compared to the size 7/5 OOFOS which I ordered at the same time you are able to see the difference. Ordering a size up from what I generally wear and they were still much narrower than I'd have expected, and were just short enough that the fit wasn't possible. Perhaps if I'd ordered two sizes up it may have worked but I'm turned off my the incosistency in sizing, however, having recieved another shipment of the Mallory and the Z-Strpa version Telic make, both in a size 9, I'd have to say even that is questionable for fit. I'm also not impressed with the quality. The material and construction of the 3 Telic sandals I ordered all together reminded me more of the sandals you can buy at Dollar General or similar stores. One pair (the Mallory) arrived with a strap torn. Unless the price drops substantially, and you are able to try on first or are willing to order several sizes, I would avoid these. Like many things with Amazon, returns are easy with the Prime shipping and returns. That is the only positive thing with buying the Telic sanals.

Delivery was fast from USA. Very soft and comfortable for my flat feet. However there is no longer Made In USA embossed on the sandals. Checked with the local distributor and they confirmed that the Telic sandals are now made in China.

one need to be careful with the sizes, the sizes are large xlarge xxlarge it does not specify the the shoe size or comparison between the sizes. the sandal is very soft and comfortable

This product is pricy but I still went for it because during household chores I was feeling pressure in my ankle area and thought of going with this orthopedic sandal. But in my case, it did not help. I usually don't buy footwear online due to fitment issue but the sandal fitted perfectly
