Unlike Poise, these do a good job of wicking moisture away from surface, within reason. Not sure "flaps" do much. Good adhesion. Like other brands, the regulars are too long for my individual anatomy (everyone's different), so I cut one end off about three fourths of an inch, and put that end at the front. Have had no front leakage with this modification, though one time, when I shortened too much, the moisture absorbing gel beads inside spilled out when I was removing it. Works best for me!

Finally, a non-irritating pad with a design good enough to actually work. Out of the many brands to choose from, Always has been my favorite but after long term use, my skin became sensitive to the fragrance. These for sure fixed that problem. Thanks design team for producing a superior product✨ Thin enough to not be noticeable through clothing yet holds plenty of liquid to mitigate embarrassing accidents. Stays put until removed and the perfect size to still be comfortable 🙌

I looked at these and thought--They're too thin to work but IWAS WRONG. They're better than poise and I haven't had a leak yet

These are excellent pads for incontinence. They hold a lot of liquid. They also have a scent which is great! But they are very difficult to find.

Far to thin. Wouldn't even hold 50ml of water. Tested against other same brand of pad total fail 4 drop rating.. yeah maybe hold 4 small drops
