Misleading information!! Please Beware before buying. It’s mentions 2000mg . You are getting 440 mg elemental magnesium per 2 tablets • Not all of it is from magnesium glycinate • A meaningful portion comes from magnesium hydroxide, which is less absorbable and more likely to cause GI issues.
