This thing works better than a dust collector. I unhooked planer from vac and use this 100% of the time. Best purchase for Dewalt planer, must have.

If you have a DeWalt planer, you need this. Such a simple thing, but the quality-of-life improvement is huge. I was practically drowning in planer shavings before this and considering a $500 dust collection system. This works perfectly.

Works really well for a machine that spits out a large amount of wood chips. I was concerned that it would get in the way of the wood, but it seems to be OK. Seems to build up a good amount of static, so I make sure to ground it with my hands on the planer outfeed table and the bag. The bag attaches securely with a drawstring AND a screw clamp.

I bought this and coupled it with Powertec 4 inch elbow and hose (see my review that item) for my DeWalt planer and it's very nice.

Got bag to connect onto some 4” dryer duct elbows to redirect the Dewalt DW 735 planer discharge into the bag rather than the floor or over burden my shop vac. The planer blower does an efficient job but the straight shot out the rear is not a great design. I found an old dryer vent elbow, fits the dewalt 4” adapter, which actually reduces to 2.5” but thankfully they left a long enough section at 4” to connect fittings. One elbow could work but leaves the bag awkwardly hanging off to the side. A second elbow allows bag to hang down so can be more easily supported. I plan to add a small shelf to the side of my planer stand. Testing it out with several boards, it collects extremely well - almost no shavings were left on the boards or spilling out from the planer. No perceptible fine dust either. The built in blower works amazingly well. The bag filled to about 1/3 as I planed out a handful of boards about 3’ long each. So about 15’ of 4” wide boards. I’m extremely pleased. One star deduction for the neck being just barely able to fit on the 4” duct. Just an extra 1/4” would be nice. Also the band clamp is made for fitting spiral flex hose and is kind of flimsy feeling. I didn’t bother to use it. I just tied it tight and then tied the excess up over the duct to keep it from being blown off. In my small garage shop, this works out great as space saving and efficient.

Fits perfectly and functions as expected.

Works so well with my DeWalt planer and keeps my shop floor much cleaner.

The 90 seems to be fairly substantial but the bag feels underwhelming. Stitching is pretty crappy, zipper feels cheap and it would be nice if the drawstring had a cord slide/lock. All in all it's a good product but not spectacular. If I didn't get it during a deal I don't think I would have given it 3 stars. 90 made in Taiwan. Bag also appears to be made in Taiwan.
