Aligned pin 1 from DueProLogic to this JTAG Blaster. COMM ports show up in Win 10 Device Manager. The JTAG Blaster DLL was copied to the correct location. Will repeat instructions again. Is it my computer that is the problem? Permissions? I got the built-in USB on the DueProLogic board to finally work by converting .sof to .pof with the Quartus tool in the menu/file.
