These ashwagandha capsules have left me with a very positive impression. The quality feels high and the product delivers what it promises. The capsules are easy to swallow and did not cause any stomach discomfort. With consistent use, I have noticed an improvement in overall well-being and stress management. Been using this for a short time and so far I’m happy with it. Capsules are easy to swallow, no weird taste, and I like that it’s non-GMO and gluten-free. Feels like a good quality supplement at a solid value for the size of the bottle. Will keep using it.

I’ve only been using it a week so a reserve the right to change my opinion, but thus far I’ve felt what I believe is a lowering of cortisol, which is what Ashwaghanda is said to do. It doesn’t help with sleep in and of itself, but does seem to help with the physical anxiety symptoms that come from heightened cortisol. (Note that this is not the same as something like social anxiety- I mean jitters/restlessness/inability to relax. I don’t know if this product would help with other forms of anxiety). I don’t enjoy the pills themselves. I find them a bit hard to swallow, and 3 is a lot, but for now it’s worth it. Also, the price is very reasonable.

I haven’t been taking them long enough to see the effect but I love that they are cheap to get. Minus one star because I have to take 3 of them per serving. Would love it if they can be 2 pills or even one instead of 3 pills but maybe that’s just how it is for Ashwaganda supplements

This stuff is great . I have I high stress job and this stuff keeps me cool and relaxed ,,,, also helped me loose weight .
