Love this gluten free breading makes everything extremely crispy. My favorite part of fried chicken

Hits all the senses spot on
This gluten free country fry breading hits all the senses spot on. It was my first attempt at gluten free country fried chicken and it turned out well (first picture). It is not cakey. You may consider a good solid coating, do some type of egg dip of your choice and reapply the breading for a thicker coating if that's what you prefer (second picture). Also consider dry seasoning the chicken prior. It's a very good value for the money. Definitely recommended.

I have not tried this and I’m sure it’s very good. Been searching for a gf flour for frying chicken without MSG. I love all of the Bobs Red Mill mixes and the all-purpose flour! Thank you so much from our gluten free family.
