Live these. They keep beverages hotter for longer than other mugs. So chic and a good large size. I hand wash them. Love love and my mom loves the ones I got for her too. They make a great gift with a milk frother and coffee pods or tea. Everyone loves them.

When I opened these cups up, I was a little worried at how thin they are. I have 4 teenagers that tend to be rough when putting dishes away. But it's been almost a year and these mugs have held up amazing! I don't put them in the microwave, but I do pour boiling water in them and the outside does not get hot and it keeps the drinks hot for a while.

I ordered these back in Dec 2024 but one came with a hairline crack and had to return it. I got my replacement in early january and so far none have broken. They look fancy but somehow I wish I had ordered the short ones instead of the tall ones.

Exactly what I was hoping for. These are fragile and maybe/maybe not microwave/dishwasher safe.. but so far they are both and I am OK with the risk. Everything here is literally crystal clear when you receive them. So far I have washed by hand a couple times and on the top rack of my dishwasher a couple times. If you are looking for what these offer in reality instead of infinite durability these could be right for you. These are “fancy” and require some extra consideration. I have warmed up my cups multiple times in the microwave with the desired outcome. I have also cleaned in the dishwasher top rack multiple times. So far, so good. This is risky, so your experience may vary. These are NOT the guaranteed microwave and dishwasher safe options. Be careful or buy something else.

I had a set very similar and my husband broke his, and immediately asked if I could get a replacement. I have about 25 coffee cups but recently bought a set identical to these. I decided to try a different seller. There is a tiny difference, these have a thicker rim at the top. Either way, we both love these, this style, the way they feel in your hands. I am the only one allowed to wash & dry these as I am careful and won't tap the glass to tiny other glass dishes we own. YOU should buy these, we truly like them so much more than a typical coffee/tea cup.

I loved the look and feel of these mugs on first use, therefore I was extremely disappointed to see condensation slowly forming on the bottom, in between the walls. There's no way to get it out, and while only a small amount now, it continues to slowly increase. It's sometimes kept overnight in the refrigerator to chill coffee, and that's when it happened, I was shocked to see a big bead of condensation ready to drop and be entrapped within the walls. It's not leakage of the beverage, it's condensation. I had read a review before purchasing that noted the same thing, and thought it was probably just a fluke. Unfortunately it was not. These came in a plain brown box with no brand name, and no instructions or brand name within the box, just wrapped individually with bubble wrap. The style was not available in the double-wall brand that I usually get, but I really liked these and thought I'd take a chance. I'll be returning them and will look for a similar style in a name brand that shows the name on the box.

This set was purchased to replace a similar double walled clear glass coffee mug that I owned for several years, used a lot, and really liked. It finally broke, so this set was ordered as a replacement. They lasted less than two weeks. The previous one was washed on the top rack of the dishwasher without a problem many, many times. The first time we washed one of these in the top rack, it came out with a tine chunk missing on the lip. No worries. . . we had another one because the set comes with two. We only hand washed the second one, but when using it one time, it accidentally bumped gently into a pan sitting next to it in the drying rack and cracked. So . . . durability is an issue.

These mugs are elegant and well crafted. I've used them daily for a couple of years or more and have owned more than a dozen. I'm happy and expect to continue to buy them as long as the price doesn't go up. Here's the one cavaet: I wash them in the dishwasher because I'm too lazy to wash them by hand and the dishwasher does a better job. Eventually the resin that forms the tiny breather hole in the bott0m begins to admit water and they have to be trashed. It can happen as soon as two or three months or may not happen for more than a year if you're lucky. It must be much harder than I would think for modern materials science to solve that problem. They would be a better bargain if that problem were solved. I gave them five stars anyway, based on aesthetics. Some reviewers have criticized these cups for fragility. I suppose they are right if you compare them to regular porcelain coffee cups. But I think that's unfair. They're made of then glass. Of course they crack and break. Compared to a Champaine stemware they are significantly less fragile. And because there's no exposed edge, I've never found a chip in one.
