Excellent product, really like the gloves. They originally sent them a size too big. The gloves came with a customer service email. I sent them a email letting them know about my issue. They responded the same day within a couple hours and arranged to send me a replacement pair in the next size down, no return of the original pair that was sent was needed. Replacement pair was shipped the next day after I gave them my information and arrived a few days later. The replacement pair fit perfectly and are really good quality. Great product and some of the best customer service I've had. Will buy from again in the future.

Gloves aren't to bad the wrist velcro is quite unproportionate to the wrist actual size leaving you with this not so snug fit (size xl)Even after tightening could just be me given the 4 stars. Other the. That I have had no rips tears though the grip on the palms will retire very quickly to just keep in mind. If your looking for good protection for lite duty work this is a sweet pair of gloves. If you need more of a grip for handling or etc maybe consider a different brand that can suite your grip needs

Took 41 days to be delivered. The grip is an absolute joke. It looks like they slapped it against hot asphalt and whatever adhered to the palm, is what they kept and called it grip material. Absolutely baffled by this joke of a product. Does not have a form fit. Will be returning. Buyer beware.

After using the gloves for a cpl months I had an issue with the thumb stitching giving out. Contacted customer service and they sent me a new pair no questions asked. I did send the pictures of my issue so they knew I wasn’t trying to scam them. I do love these gloves and the customer service is absolutely the best!! Highly recommend!

Velcro only lasted a couple weeks...

Durable, fits perfectly. I got the xs for a female hand & worked perfectly for my job as grip for professional sports.

They are my go-to now for everything I do outside they fit very well they work with my Iphone touch screen. My only grip is the closure at the wrist is Velcro and that did not last very long about 3 weeks using it daily. Velcro over time loses its grip so now they flap about so I am about to cut them off as they are more bothersome than keeping tight on the wrist. They need to find something else or use different Velcro to make that connection last longer. But for the price they are good gloves that I still used months later with no other issues.
