I like the engineering of the fan, and it's relative ease of installation. My biggest disappointment was the inadequate method of protecting it in the shipping carton. The item arrived slightly damaged because of the lack of box stuffing, or inner padding, and the edges of the fan blades were chipped. It was mendable in my case, but, is a serious failure on the part of the manufacturer. It serve nicely as the Home Attic Gable Vent it was purchased for, and significantly ejects the hot air in my attic to ease the load on my HVAC system.

We’ve only used it for a short time but seems to work excellent. We bought it for our greenhouse.

Cheap...arrived in a pretty ratty box with tape coming undone. I installed it anyway and the motor hummer but would not spin the fan blade at all. So it's a defective unit. I guess that's what I get for buying cheapo.

Decent fan, moves quite a bit of air. This is the second one ive bought and my only complaint is the blue protective film. Your best off just leaving it because there are 4 separate shutters and it took about 15 minutes to remove the film off of one piece and left behind residue.
