They do come in neon and dark green, the color depends on what set they came from, and this only applies to a set of one pound weights. I do not ship mine in the box, I include an eco-friendly bag to carry/store your sticks.

Q: Are these silent, or are they like weighted maracas?

Hi! They are not silent, you can hear the sand inside move around, although the volume of the noise they make is very low. We think that by being like maracas they are even more fun!

Q: What does "Multi, 1-pounds" mean?

The two weights are 1 pound each. They are very lightweight but you get a good workout with them without straining too much.

Q: I cancelled this due to item not delivered it unknown date when to delivered ... but then i havent received my refund and still they charge me instead

I had a delivery go lost and I cancelled it. Amazon automatically generated the refund. Problem was the shipment contained three orders and only one got refunded. Because you can't talk to a person, I wrote out an explanation with order numbers and amounts. I then got past the auto-generated responses in chat and pasted my stuff in. When I got to a person in chat he was able to do the refund in minutes.
