Good quality and fits my Tesla Y perfectly

I heard about this sunshade while watching Youtube videos by "Iowateslaguy" and I have to agree with him that this is a quality product. It fits nice and snug and is substantial enough (with a reflective coating) to help reduce the heat buildup of my Tesla Y with a full glass roof. Now, one person can put up the shade (as I did) but the first time you do it is a bit awkward. I suggest two things to make the job easier: First, find the locations between the glass roof and the car interior where there are sufficient gaps to squeeze the holding clips in place, as some areas are just too tight, then use that info to locate the clips onto the shade. Second, when engaging the clips onto the sunshade, hold the clip perpendicular to the sunshade, engage the little wedges with the rim of the sunshade and then flip them so that they are the same plane as the sunshade. Now you are ready to slip the shade with clips installed into the gaps between the car's interior trim and window glass. The color is a good match for the interior (my photo doesn't do it justice). I think I will keep this in place 100% of the time as here in Northern California the sun is shining more often than not and I use the AC more than the heater. As you can see from the readings from my infrared thermometer, the roof glass is 30 degrees (F) hotter than the shade. That says it all. And, the light color of the shade keeps the interior bright enough for my needs.

I was looking for a solution to reduce the heat inside my 2023 Model Y on hot sunny days and after watching few Youtube videos demonstrating different products decided to purchase HALOBLK's. The sunshade came in a nice pouch making it very easy to store in the car and the installation and removal is quick and easy (you might need to adjust the positions of the clips to a place where there is enough of a gap between the glass roof and the liner). The sunshade is very sturdy when installed (either one or both pieces) and does not wobble or sag, even without the additional clips between the two pieces. It matches perfectly the interior color of the car (one of my main concerns was it won't look good when installed but that's not the case at all), I haven't measured the temperature but the car definitely feels cooler when the sunshade is in place and you don't feel the heat radiated from the hot sunroof. I would highly recommend considering this product.

This folding fabric sunshade fits Tesla Model Y (up to 2025) very well. Installation is simple – no special skills needed – and it looks nice once in place. It comes with a storage bag, which is convenient. Inside the cabin, it definitely makes the car feel cozier and less bright, and it helps reduce heat a bit, lowering the load on the AC. It does its job. The only downside (and why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars) is that the fabric was folded in the package, and one panel came with visible creases. They’re noticeable when looking at the fabric from certain angles and spoil the overall look. On my set, only one of the two panels had this issue, so maybe it depends on luck.
