Hi allI am writing this review to caution everyone that there is no support from the lyrovo team on their published contact or support email. First of all, let me start saying the product is not bad, it does its work and has good suction power. But the vaccum cleaner stopped working in around a month, when I reached to lyrovo customer support or phone, there was no response, their support phone is unreachable and they don't respond to your mails. That's why cautioning evryone to rethink before purchasing their products. I would appreciate heavily role of Amazon who helped me to get rid of this product, so kudos to them for being helpful to customer as always.Regards
