MY FAVORITE CHAI!!
Tastes yummy and spicy. This container lasted about a year and a half. Comes with a tiny wooden spoon to measure out the exact amount. I add some steamed oat milk to make the perfect drink. And the best part - no sugar!!

Ready Get Started And Go
I have not used much of this product, because I was under the impression that it was the premixed kind and it was ready to go. I just have not gotten into it. It is however very tasty when I do mix it with hot water and honey to taste. It becomes very good and flavors beyond what words can describe. All I have to do is put myself in the GO MODE!!!

Delicious to Drink as Well as Deliciously Priced
After a year of loving this product I have finally gotten around to writing my review! I have ordered both the traditional masala chai and the mint chai. Both of these are amazing in flavor. The traditional is more spiced where the mint has a slightly cooler mouth feel with a mint flavor that is there and balanced with the rest of the spices. Is it as good as say an excellent chai made in a restaurant from scratch? No, but for the convenience, time savings, and price, especially price, I'd say this is really as good as it gets. I like my tea strong so I don't get the servings listed on the package. I make this in 16 oz increments since I drink from a tumbler and use about 1.5x the recommended serving (which is 2 super rounded scoops) I am probably about 50-55 cents PER 16oz drink I make in terms of the chai mix. Starbucks chai you can't get for less than $4. Most of the chai concentrates in stores have sugar and is high in calories. Also it's about 3-4 dollars for anywhere from 5-8 servings based on the brand that maybe gives 8-12 ounces per drink. So on an ounce per ounce drink cost this still blows those out of the water and tastes just as good if not better. I can undoubtedly enjoy this hot or iced. For iced I'll still mix with hot water to dissolve then fill the rest with my cold water ice and creamer of choice to taste. For anyone on keto this is my go to drink. I can have this with a sugar free/0 carb creamer. YES!! My fellow keto people you too can enjoy this chai on keto!! This is definitely a delight to have as a pantry staple. I love that the container assists in keeping everything fresh. I admire how it is shelf stable. I keep a traditional tin at my parent's place for when I visit knowing that it'll still be good when I visit. I appreciate that each flavor has it's own color tin. I am not always the most awake person first thing in the morning and it being "color coded" so to speak lets me make the correct decision without needing to read the container in my morning sleep haze. So in essence, this chai is a delicious staple to my home that is price, time, and keto friendly. I can't ask for more and that is why I give this a 5 star review.

Good taste and highly convenient.
There are better chai's but I'm liking this - I like that I have the ability to add the sweetener (honey for me) so it never gets too sweet. It has a balanced spice taste and is convenient in that you can take it anywhere unlike pre-mixed liquid concentrates. My main criticism is it doesn't have that bite of a spicy chai - it's very easy going, and it won't offend the palate. I compare it to other chai's and find others have stronger spice profiles, a little more excitement. Definitely Bhakti Chai - a wow spice to it - can't beat it - but it's pre-mix with sugar is too sweet; it's pre-mix unsweetened lacks the punch. Tazo - too sweet but better on the spice. My best, favorite, chai is definitely Grizzly by SayWhen - nice spice, lower sugar. So, I tried spicing the hot water I used for Blue Lotus (and increasing the amount of chai mix)- adding cardamom, clove, sliced ginger and brewing the water. It improved the chai but never quite rose to the spicy level I look forward to - so for convenience this is the winner; for taste - a good second tier.

Convenient and flavorful
Love this Chai, very flavorful, this has more spice than most chai teas, although I do use double the amount for extra spiciness. It still lasts a long time and is worth it. It is also very convenient not having to wait for a tea bag to steep, just add hot water and stir. I add stevia and a little cream.

Please Never Stop Making This
This makes a real chai tea latte at home. I've tried different mixes and they just don't do the trick flavor wise. They taste like the box hot chocolate mix version of a chai latte at best and not even that enjoyable, not anything resembling something you would get at a good cafe. And they are pretty unhealthy and I was trying to make better decisions and watch my calories and the content of what I was eating more when I first tried it. Thrilled to have found this. The other ways to make a real chai at home are great, but are more work. This is simple and delicious. I make mine by dissolving it completely in boiling hot water and then adding in frothed milk. I use a handheld milk frother, which is simple to use and clean and also inexpensive. You can test it as you start using it to get the best mix for your own taste. I use about equal parts hot water and milk. I've tested out all variety of milks - 2%, 1%, soy, oat, almond. It tastes good with them all, so you just have to pick your favorite type of milk. I also add in raw honey and sugar to my tastes. Raw honey is thicker, so I've found it best to add the honey to the hot water with the chai already dissolved, before I add the milk. Like I said, you'll figure out a method that suits your tastes. If it seems to strong for you, then add more milk or use a bit less of the chai blend. If too peppery, maybe add more milk, but also, you should shake the tin, it might have settled a bit unevenly. My first few chai lattes were good, not great. It took a few attempts to get on the path to getting the taste just right for me. I used too much mix the first time, hadn't shaken it, so it tasted strong and peppery. Next day was better, the day after better than that as I got the correct ratios of milk, honey, and sugar to suit my taste. Needless to say, I highly recommend this and hope it is made forever.

Disappointed
Let's start with the pros: the product has a pleasant, albeit, weak flavor. It's easy to heat up some half and half to add to the drink, and I threw in a Stevia packet to sweeten it. Now for the negative aspects: when I opened the box, I was shocked at how small the can was. I don’t know what I was expecting for 3 ounces, but it was more than this. The can is no bigger than my fist as seen in the photo. I’m a small woman, and the can is even smaller. The can states that it will make 100 cups of tea. This is not even slightly accurate. I ended up doubling the recipe which calls for a quarter teaspoon of chai mix, and quite frankly it should’ve been tripled to make it even taste like normal chai. If you like a heavy spicy chai or a strong tea like I do, I don’t think this is the one to choose. Given the price of the product and what you get for it, it is not cost-effective in my opinion. I like the fact that it’s all natural/organic, etc., but there’s just not much bang for the buck here. If money is not an issue for you and you can afford to triple the recipe each time, then by all means I recommend it. If you’re used to strong tea without having to double or triple up the dose, then I don't recommend this product. I doubt I will buy it again.

Perfect to me
My go to! I love Tazo chai concentrate, but it’s a bit sweet for me. I also love my chai to be mostly milk. So with this powder I can use hot milk. Milk to me is already sweet enough so I don’t add any sweetener. I also love strong tasting chai. I just use the recommended 1/4tsp in 6-8oz milk and it turns out perfect for me.
