Disgusting
This ruined my recipe for Massaman Curry. I don't know what's wrong with this but it's awful. It made my food taste like barf.

In a plastic container
In the photos, it looks like it's packaged in a glass jar, the way that most tamarind paste is, but this is a plastic container. If I'd realized that, I wouldn't have purchased this one. And, as another reviewer mentioned, this is indeed a liquid, somewhat like molasses, and not a paste. Flavour is good, and it's organic, which is why I gave it three stars.
