I recently purchased the ESR case for my iPad Pro 11 inch (2024), and I couldn't be happier with my choice! For the money this is a great case. Feels really nice, the magnets are easily strong enough to hold it on the iPad. The flap for securing the pencil is perfectly sized and can be flapped back out the way when not in use, fits perfectly with my iPad Pro 11” and can relax now it is safe in its nice grey case!

Wasn’t sure it was going to be as good as it is, when it first arrived. Strong magnets keep it in place and it’s super thin and lightweight. It’s doing a great job and everything seems well thought out. My only very slight concern is how effective the corner protection would be, if it were dropped, but overall I’m really pleased with it.

I recently purchased this ESR case for my iPad Pro M5 and I just love it. The case is very well made, slim and looks nice and sleek. The magnetics built into the case keep the iPad securely in place. I love the added feature of supporting the Pencil Pro and the ability to keep the clasp attached to the back out of the way when it's not in use. Excellent value for money and definitely appears that it could be more expensive. Perfect protection for your iPad Pro if you're looking for something a bit lighter. Highly recommended.

For the price, it is a perfect cover for the IPad. Sometimes I don’t want to use my Magic Keyboard and use the iPad but still ensuring a level of protection. Does the job perfectly and main reason I bought this one was the flap to secure the magic pencil. The pencil as owners will know, is not secure enough on the iPad alone, so the extra level of security is great. Stand positions are okay too. If you are looking at more expensive cases, I’d recommend buying this one first and you’ll most likely find it meets all your needs.

Looks good, and design in principle is ideal, sadly the reality is some what different! This case is designed to use magnets to connect the iPad (much like the official cover does) - unfortunately for this case, the manufacturer put both very weak magnets that are not strong enough to hold the case or (or the iPad slipping out if you try and stand it up as designed and worse, misaligned the magnets to the only way it will connect is out of alignment meaning the camera in misaligned with the case. Forcing a correction only weakens the magnetic effect and the case drop off. All of this means I have to waist further time getting a refund and having to order and wait for another shipment before I have my case. Personally I would avoid buying this product. Last comment and this isn't about the case, more the delivery by Amazon. They chose to ship it in the clear thin plastic packing bag, not outer protection, not in a box or even a brown back. Consequence when the delivery guy shoved it through the letter box, the bag split and the back of the cover got scratched in my letterbox... What ever happend to just ringing the doorbell and handing to me hey Amazon - your drivers are a nightmare laughingly the deliver notice says it was handed to to me - I can assume you it wasn't.

Ich war zunächst etwas skeptisch, ob diese Hülle mit der originalen Apple-Hülle mithalten kann, aber ich wurde absolut positiv überrascht. Ich nutze sie an einem iPad Pro M5. Die Passgenauigkeit ist echt gut und das iPad sitzt perfekt in der Hülle, nichts wackelt oder steht über. Durch die eingebauten Magneten hält das iPad sicher und fest, genauso wie man es vom Original kennt. Das Schließen und Öffnen funktioniert dank der Magneten in der Abdeckung einwandfrei, inklusive automatischer Aktivierung und Deaktivierung des Bildschirms. Die Materialanmutung ist sehr angenehm. Die Oberfläche fühlt sich hochwertig an, liegt gut in der Hand und wirkt robust genug, um das iPad ausreichend zu schützen. Innen ist das Material leicht weich, sodass das Display und die Rückseite vor Kratzern geschützt bleiben. Nur der Rahmen bleibt ungeschützt. Praktisch ist, dass sich der Deckel zu einem Ständer umklappen lässt, in zwei verschiedenen Winkeln: einmal etwas flacher, ideal zum Schreiben oder Zeichnen, und einmal steiler, perfekt zum Filmeschauen und Arbeiten. Die Konstruktion ist stabil und hält das iPad gut in der gewählten Position. Optisch unterscheidet sich die Hülle kaum vom Original von Apple. Auch die Verarbeitung ist sehr sauber – keine scharfen Kanten, keine unsauberen Nähte oder ungleichmäßigen Übergänge. Wer eine preisgünstige und hochwertige Alternative zur originalen Apple-Hülle sucht, macht hier nichts falsch. Ich würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Ok have been using this for a while now on my iPad pro M4 Design wise, I love the fact that it has a magnetic flap for the pencil. The material is nice to the touch and so far had held up pretty well - no discolouration, no smudges. The iPad is held pretty securely in place, and has not dislodged once from the case Installation is pretty easy - just slot it in place and because the iPad is securely held in place by the magnetic flap, is super nice to carry around in hand as well Overall good for it's price

Edit 2: ESR sent me a new version about a month after launch, with properly working wake/sleep. Love this case & ESR's customer support. I went ahead and removed any mention of sleep/wake not working, so it wouldn't confuse anyone looking to buy the case going forward. This case has a lot of Pros for the iPad Pro. I purchased both this case and the official Smart Cover from Apple (as well as a Magic Keyboard). I just wanted a case for when I wanted to bring the iPad places without the Magic Keyboard and this seemed like a decent case at a much lower price point. I returned the Apple one and kept this. Pros: - Decently made, I like the feel of the cover. It is relatively the same feeling, grip/texture, structure and as the original Apple folios. I have owned other aftermarket folios and they felt like they had cardboard inside - this one feels like quality. - The magnets are strong and hold the iPad in place. It's not difficult to remove but I am also not worried it will fall out. - I really love the flap for securing the pencil to the side. This is the best solution, since you can drop this in your bag with the pencil attached (and charging) and not worry about it falling off. The flap doesn't get in my way at all, even if I don't have the pencil attached - and I can magnetically fold it back out of the way. - Biggest Pro is the price Cons - The 'lip' of the case sticks out further than the original Apple folio, which cuts into your hand slightly. It was the biggest noticeable difference between the two cases and the first thing my girlfriend pointed out. At almost 1/5th the cost, the case is good in comparison to the Apple one. I do really like the flap for the pencil. Edit #1: ESR reached out to me, as my main complaint with this cover is/was the sleep & wake functioning not working. They shared a little hack using a Post It Note to make the sleep & wake function workThey also said they are working to correct the case in a future iteration, without the need to use the sticky note - in which case, it will be a 5 star product, IMO. Really appreciate ESR support reaching out.
