My suggestion to anyone who has high blood pressure, you may want to rethink using this product. It is extremely SALTY!!! Yes, Dead Sea Salt is the first ingredient and I get that but it also has other ingredients in which you can't taste due to the over powering of the salt. In my opinion the flavor of this product isn't tasty as well. The grinder dispenses a huge amount at one time. I opened the bottle and it spilled out all over on its own. The product design of the large holes is terrible! This is a WASTE OF MY MONEY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLAVOR! I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED IN SELECT FLAVORS FOR DISCONTINUING BLACK GARLIC BLISS! I only bought this product to see if I could substitute it for Black Garlic Bliss, I can't !!! Buy at your own risk and be prepared with plenty of water, you're going to need it. TERRIBLE!!!P.S... Select Flavors if you decide to bring back BLACK GARLIC BLISS, I'LL BUY 3 NOW!!!

I ended up dumping the whole content of the jar into my dish because of poor design and/or quality of a dispenser. Thank God it was just scrambled eggs that I lost! From previous two uses when I was more careful I did not notice any enhancement of the dish flavor. Waste of money.

Wonderful sprinkled on veggies and meats. We recently made fried cauliflower rice and this product added that Unami extra flavor!

I wanted more umami less beetles. There was several live beetles in the mixture and small clots that appeared to be beetle larva. How they survived with all the salt in this I will never know.

Amazing flavor for rice, salads and dry rubs!!

This seasoning is savory and great on meats, chicken, veggies, etc! The bottle has a built in grinder. Highly recommend this to add extra flavor to your meals.
