Wanted something to help with my over all well-being. This looked like a great product to do just that coving my gut health, cognitive health, heart health and help with energy levels. I'm getting on with the product and seems to be working great! My favourite thing is that you can add the powder to anything porridge, shake etc... I like to add it to my tea which adds a tiny bit of sweetness from the natural prebiotic. Great product, will be using on an ongoing basis!

It's impossible to judge the effectiveness of a pre/probiotic fibrous complex in less than about 2-3 months, so let's not pretend otherwise. However, when such a product is sold as a free-flowing powder in daily sachets, it should at least flow when sachets are opened. Mine did not, so I cut open a few sachets to examine the contents in situ. I was surprised to find very little actual powder inside. Most of the contents were in sticky patches like moist icing off an iced cake. To me, that indicated poor quality control, as though the powder had been exposed to high humidity during manufacturing, or prompt sealing of the sachets had failed. I reported all this back to Amazon Customer Services who were naturally surprised. Although I had taken photos, Amazon did not want to see them, and processed an immediate refund. My message is therefore clear. Be careful that your expectations for this otherwise valuable product are fully met.
