No chaulky after taste
Of all the nutrition drinks that I have had, these are definitely the best. They do not leave a chalky flavor in your mouth. I have tried 3 flavors so far and they are all delicious. They are surprisingly filling, for as small as they are. The nutrients and protein in each of these shakes are what your body needs to stay healthy. These are perfect for an elderly person who will not eat much.

Great after gym!
Smooth, satisfying, and blood sugar-friendly. The milk chocolate flavor is rich without being overly sweet, and the fiber-protein balance makes it a smart grab-and-go meal. Great for keeping energy steady throughout the day.

Extremely difficult to open
Great product if you can ever get them open. The "tearable" strip is generally untearable with strong fingers and nails. If you use a knife point, be very careful it doesn't slip and puncture your hand.

What flavor is this again?
I ordered the "chocolate" flavor because hey...I like chocolate! What I like. it is thick and creamy and if you shake it vigorously, it does become rather "shake" like. Especially if it's really cold. I also like that it's sugar-free. When you're diabetic, that's always a plus. What I don't like. It says it's "chocolate" but if it is, then it's really weak chocolate. I mean, it's got a hint of maybe a chocolate like flavor. But mainly it's sweet, that's the predominant flavor. They can seriously improve this drink by ratcheting down the sweetness a little and upping the chocolate a lot! I experimented and put in a small amount of cocoa powder (unsweetened) and it made a tremendous difference. Made the drink a *MUCH* better drink. When I compare the flavor to the "Other guys", the "other guys" diabetic drink has much more flavor. The other thing I don't like is that the bottles are almost impossible to open. To open, you grasp the bottle with one hand, and the cap with your other, then twist. Easy, right? Not so easy when the bottle has a plastic sleeve that slips so that no matter how hard your grasp the bottle, you're only holding on to the plastic sleeve and the bottle spins inside that sleeve when you twist the cap. You either need a pair of Channel Lock pliers to grip the bottle with, or you need to peel off the plastic sleeve/label so you can hold on to the actual bottle and not the sleeve. I cannot tell you how much of a pain this is. I mean, the "other guys" who sell a similar product, do not have this problem. I now have a new decision I need to make every morning...do I want to fuss with this spinny bottle in the sleeve problem or just grab something else from the fridge? And I would not recommend trying to open the bottle while driving. You will crash your car...yes, it is that much of a pain!

I enjoyed the product
Great product not to thick or ckalkinees taste, taste is great just like drinking chocolate milk, I would definitely buy more if they were a little cheaper than the price of them now. Aspeical when I first bought them I got them for like $4.88 a 6 pack, I feel if they could sell them at that price to start why did they jump the price up to like $9 something for them now?
