Great looking phone
I had left a 1 star review but after the attention from Vertu customer service it has changed my opinion. They have reached out and have been very attentive in making the situation correct. It’s a great looking phone looks and feels expensive. The only issue I had it was delivered with a small hairline crack on the outer screen almost unnoticeable. Vertu customer service has reached out to provide a resolution.

Not impressive
My broke after 1 week and impossible to deal with vertu under warranty I have to send back at my cost and wait while they determine the issue
