Don't do anything for me

I have been taking these for a few weeks and have noticed my energy levels have gone up . My concentration levels have improved I feel more mentally focused. It's early says but I do feel there making difference . Would recommend if you want to get back your mojo...

I've gone for the capsule version rather than the resin paste, and the capsules are a million times better. I just simply can't stomach the resin, so these capsules are perfect for me, and offer 10,000mg per serving without any unpleasant taste at all.You simply swallow 2 tasteless capsules, easy to swallow, no taste or after taste. It's the perfect way to take shilajit in my opinion.Contains 40% fluvic acid, and 85+ trace minerals. What i really like about these Shilajit capulses from Hatman Labs is the strength, equivilant to 5000mg per capsule, 10,000mg from the daily serving of two capsules.As a regular user of Shilajit, i appreciate what it offers with the 85+ trace minerals, it has worked it's way into my daily supplement intake and i often say to people, you can only try something and see what it can offer you.I work long and odd hours in hospitality and for the last 8-10 months i have really found my well being and ability to have improved starting with the introduction of Shilajit.The capsules are easy for me to swallow, however many might have started or seen this product as a paste, which is how i started my shilajit journey.These are so much better and of course the dosage is consistent and regulated, which i find much more assuring.Overall very happy.
