    Useless, machine runs hot

Good idea but pity about problems it caused. It doesn't stick uniformly and unsightly splotches show up in the clear version. Most important though is the heat build up under the relatively thick gel pad (mislabelled as "screen protector" in item listing) and my SP3 i7 had its fan running all the time. I tried all methods described on google but it was only after removing the useless pads that the machine stopped running hot and FAN stopped! I would consider this a complete waste of money and it wasn't cheap either but I ended up binning it.
