Lots of research
I did a bunch of bouncing back and forth on the e-bikes and picked this bike based on reviews of others and also the price point was good too. Bike came within a week of ordering so that was great. The assembly instructions suck. I instead, used the video and watched the guy assemble it. Now the controllers and things I had to figure out by watching you tube and other media as the bike came with no instructions or guidance on that. Upgraded the seat as the little seats are quite uncomfortable and added a speedometer that is gps linked. Bought both on Amazon so they came fast. The bike has been great so far so we purchased a second that should be here this next week and will use when we go out camping (since they fold nicely and can fit inside the front of our RV. The biggest pain point of you want to call it that was the shipping charges on these vary greatly and looks like most of them come from the same general area. Not sure why that is unless that’s a cushion to adjust pricing and still cover profits.

The bike has value, but consider upgrading.
Something you might want to be aware of is the sluggish response of the power. You'll need to peddle for like a count of two before the power kicks in. The throttle will give you immediate power, but its not much, and crossing the road is faster to just peddle. It's enough to move you up quickly but not enough to light your hair on fire. I put in plenty of upgrades on the bike, and right now I am happy with it. If the computer can be replaced to increase the power response that would be great. That little motor might not be much, but once it gets going, it's fun, just wish it was more responsive. Great for cruising around, seeing what's going on out there, exercise, work, commute, etc. Top speed just north of 20mph with a thirty mile range or more. Many hours of riding. Go have fun!Update: I just watched a yt video about ebike batteries catching fire. I've photographed and uploaded the battery label if you want to investigate deeper. It doesn't have a UL code sooo probably ok but still might want to charge the battery outdoors, or near a open door where it can be rolled and chucked if it Smaug awakens to incinerate your barrel rider. The video suggests using a firebag. Only charging when home and alert and supervising. 🧑🚒

Great value ebike
Came in a bit scuffed, but everything was overall undamaged and in working order. Battery looks off but overall keeps a charge and the bike maintain a good speed. Instruction are trash tho, good thing there's videos about how to put together the rest of the 20% of your bike. Your allen wrench will be used for more than putting stuff together, like bending the mudguards to fit your bike.Edit 3/30/22Plastic guard for gears near petal broke, so I took it off (using a Philips). Bike still works, but I would hate for someone to be stranded without tools. Got a replacement after asking the seller for one.

Great mountain bike performance and customer service
I ordered this Geleisen to replace a stolen ebike this past winter, and really have enjoyed riding it. Customer service answered my questions (it always takes a while to adjust to a new bike), and when the battery started fading, they promptly replaced it under the warranty, at no extra cost. I found this bike to be versatile with 21 speed gears, 3 power settings, and room for other adjustments to fit my frame. The motor is very powerful, in pedal assist or using throttle, so hilly terrain is no problem. And this is the most comfortable bike ever, as it is my first front and rear suspension bike. Bright headlight and horn are great. I am a very mature rider, have been riding almost my entire life, and have owned/ridden almost every type of bike. They are all good, but this one is a lot of fun. And if I need to pack it on a trip, it folds up neatly. After putting lots of miles on this bike, I can recommend it for versatile fun and easy riding.

This bike is a joke!
When I was assembling the bike, I was impressed by poor quality of the product. I don’t know even where to start. The bike’s front and rear tires are not on the same axis. Yes, they cannot even deliver the basic necessity. Both rear and front disk brakes are skewed. I guessed these were damaged during shipping. The battery is oh my, it is just ugly! They put a giant battery inside a bag. You cannot see it in photos. Guess why? Because it’s ugly. There is no proper protection or covering. Finally, fenders just do not belong to this bike. I had to bend the connecting metal to attach the rear fender. The front fender touches the tire. Now, if you are wondering why I did not return it. One reason is that I don’t want to deal with the seller who’s the worst seller I have ever worked with. The second reason I simply consider this purchase as a very good lesson. When I need to buy a big purchase where I don’t know the product quality, I will not buy it online. Otherwise, It’s basically gambling. Use your money wisely and don’t buy this junk!

Works fine
It came in a timely manner. It was straightforward to put it together. The directions say to torque the bolts, but who has a torque wrench for that application. I've had it for three weeks. It is fun to cruise around on. The brakes do squeak. II bought it because a reviewer said it was a good size for a 6 foot three guy. I am six foot five and the seat does not go high enough. I will have to buy a seat bar, but for the price, I cannot blame the manufacturer for not accommodating my heighth.

Worth every penny.
To sum it all up, I absolutely love this bike. I would do it again and I would probably spend more for more features. I wasn't sure if I would like it but it's badass.Instructions were vague for handlebars. Rear fender stressed me out. A small problem with the battery pack was made right FAST. Bike shipped with little air in tires. For some, this might be a bummer to go get air but I have an air compressor.Make a few accessories available for the bike and increase profit margins; holder for phone, reartail light, etc. Speedometer is already built into android phones just turn it on in maps.Very sturdy, well built bike. Left brake activation sensor cable is a little short barely reaches. Love it nonetheless.
