Love this hydrate and it tastes amazing! It has less sugar and cleaner ingredients than most electrolyte drinks on the market. Also, this helps me up keep my breastmilk and keeps me hydrated.

These are pretty good. They do have a sweet taste to them but the colder they are the better they taste. Definitely keep me hydrated and compliment the energy drink as well.

Taste could be better, but definitely helps to hydrate me and get my electrolytes up. I can truly tell the difference when drinking this vs regular water. Leaves a bitter, salty after taste though. The fruit punch flavor tastes better to me without the same after taste experience.

Great for evening time when I don’t want caffeine. It is hydrating and tastes good.
