I felt obligated to try these out. Magnesium from Natures Made form of Magnesium isn't the best, it's not in the format that is easily absorbable so you want to get Glycinate. So far I'm almost done with this bottle.

I've come to really appreciate this company and their products. I started with the Vitamin D/K2 because it is softgel and coconut oil instead of some not as healthy alternatives. I have purchased it 17 time now according to Amazon. I have also purchased their Vitamin C, a huge container of the stuff and now the Magnesium Glycinate, which I find very helpful for sleep.

I have been taking this product for a month. I have not had any side effects and I am confident it does help.

I think the pills are too big. It's hard for me to swallow this supplement.
