WRONG COLOR SENT!
Our four year old grandson's scooter was stolen from the playground and he was heartbroken. His two sisters have pretty pink scooters but he wanted a black one because black isn't a "girly" color. My husband ordered this scooter in BLACK and we had it sent to our grandson who lives on the other side of the country. We thought he'd be so surprised but when he received the package, it was a PINK scooter! My daughter has four babies and it was impossible to return the scooter so she kept it and told him he just had to ride a pink scooter. I'm so angry; why can't anyone get anything right anymore?

Faulty product and terrible customer service
My 4 year old daughter loved the scooter but was disappointed that one front as well as the rear wheels did not light up when riding. I contacted customer support (they answered on a Sunday, which was awesome) and was sent an email letting me know my claim has been successfully submitted and I’d be notified when replacement parts shipped out. Great!... except that never happens. I contacted them a week and a half later to see if any progress was made, again they got back to me with a quick response, “if I don’t get a shipping notification by tomorrow then get back to them”. The next day, nothing. I follow up two days later, “checking on it now for you”. Nothing beyond that. As a matter of fact that’s where the correspondence stopped. My next message went unanswered. Long story short is I got ghosted. The whole thing could have been resolved if I took the scooter back to where I purchased it but I wanted to contact the company directly first to give them the chance to make right by their product. They absolutely did not. This whole back and forth has wasted Over 3 weeks of my time, of which my daughter could have been riding if not for shady business practices. Buyer beware.
