Good quality harness but this did not fit my dog’s build. I ended up buying the more expensive Ruffwear harness with more padding. My dog is hard to fit— small Bichon/Boxer cross.

Ich hatte das Geschirr in der Variante mit zusätzlichem Bauchgurt für meine große Hündin nach einer OP bereits schätzen gelernt und es jetzt in der normalen Form für den kleinen Hund (xs) als Alltagsgeschirr bestellt. Und halte es für das beste Geschirr auf dem Markt - gerade für kleine Hunde (ich sehe berufsbedingt sehr viele unterschiedliche Hunde/Geschirre). Es vereint nicht nur die Vorzüge eines guten H-Geschirrs mit den Pluspunkten eines Westengeschirrs, sondern ist dabei auch noch wassertauglich, extrem leicht und äußerst robust. Viele Geschirre für kleine Hunde sind entweder im Rücken und/oder Bruststeg nicht verstellbar und lassen dann zu wenig Platz hinter den Ellenbogen. Viele sind auch recht schwer und klobig - einfach schlechte Kopien der großen Geschirre. Die klassischen H-Geschirre sind zwar oft gut anpassbar an viele Hundetypen, rutschen aber aufgrund der sehr geringen Gurtbreiten zur Seite. Das Ruffwear bietet durch Gewebe unten und oben ausreichend Halt und minimiert das Verrutschen. Es lässt sich durch 2 leichte Schieber und 2 hochwertige Kunststoffklips an Hals und Brustkorb sehr gut an verschiedene Hundetypen anpassen. Zudem ist es extrem leicht - von daher sicher angenehm für einen Hund zu tragen - und trocknet schnell. Die Bewegungsfreiheit ist gut gewährt. Und wenn man es gerade nicht braucht, verschwindet es in der Jackentasche. Auch in Größe xs verfügt es über alle angegebenen features wie zusätzlichen Anleinpunkt an der Brust oder auch die Klettverschlusstasche für eine Adress-/Hundemarke. Der gezeigte Hund hat 35cm Rückenlänge, 47cm Brustkorbumfang , 30 cm Halsumfang, wiegt 6 kg und passt perfekt in Größe xs. P.S.: slate-grey ist eine hübsche Kombi aus grau und leichtem himmelblau und wirkt damit gar nicht duster oder „ernst“.

Easy to use, very lightweight and comfortable to wear, sturdily built, we bought this specifically to use with the accompanying lead, which has a swivel mechanism and a security lock. This makes it ideal for our puppy, who has previously managed to unclip himself with other types of lead and harness. I would strongly recommend this harness, as it also comes in beautiful colour combinations.
