Third class product
I received the worst product ever with poor quality, damage, and uneven coloring on the edges. I initiated a return the same day, but the product has not been picked up yet. Despite multiple attempts to contact Amazon customer care, I was informed that my location is out of their pickup range and I must deliver the package to a courier office myself. It is disappointing that Amazon can deliver products but cannot arrange for their pickup. Furthermore, I am concerned about how Amazon allows sellers to offer such low-quality products on its platform. Is there a SOP for quality review before dispatch? Most importantly, how can I get a refund for this purchase?
