Bee Shrimp Mineral GH+ contains all the minerals and trace elements essential for health, color, good reproduction rate and growth. Bee Shrimp Mineral GH+ promotes plant growth and microbial regeneration in biological filtration substrates. I would start with 7 and measure your TDS lvl you can always add more if needed. Then when you do a water change if you say do 10 gallons you would only need 1-2 scoops.
