It arrives well packed and protected easy to put together as well, the motor on it is really quiet unlike the one it replaced. The reclining on it is spot on and the size is as advertised, the controller is really easy to use and the built in USB and USB C charging points even in the short time we've had has come in really handy. As for the massage function my son tried it out and I couldn't get him to move he was so comfortable, The quality is great, functionality brilliant and reclining just what I needed being 100% disabled in fact better than one I bought from a specialist company making chairs for people like myself.

Very well packed came in three boxes. Quick delivery and was kept updated. Nice beige colour and have been told it’s very comfortable purchased for Mother in Law. Very easy to use. Just two buttons on remote. Up Down. We didn’t connect the massager remote as it would never be used. So I cannot comment on that as to whether it is noisy. The chair is sturdy and good when being reclined. The pictures show pockets on the arms just take note you have to unzip the cushion to get into it. So I cannot see that being used. You have two holders ideal for a tv remote and the chair remote. Not a negative for the chair my mother in law has said she just had to remember to lower the foot rest before getting up.

Arrived well packed on the same day in three separate boxes several days before due date Delivered by LPD the driver took great care delivering them and put them in my house exactly where I wanted them .These are heavy boxes I would have been unable to manage them myself. I didn't assemble the chair . My son in law did he said it was easy to put together. I find the chair very comfortable lovely soft fabric nice colour beige .I'm delighted with the padding on the arms and pleased the covers can be removed for washing. The side pockets are large and very useful .Controls tuck neatly away and will take Kindle phone ect. The added luxury of being able to charge the phone and Kindle For me the head rest is Very comfortable. I My legs are well supported when elevated to the position I require. In general the chair is very comfortable and support is good . I'm 5ft7in and of medium size. The massaging mechanism is a little bit noisy but not awful ,and it does what's required. In general this is a nice comfortable chair with a good price tag. I have only had it a couple days I will update this review in a month or two. required. I haven't tried the heating function yet. Very useful that I will be able to charge my phone and Kindle. I'm pleased with the fact I can elevate my legs and it will bring me to standing position. At the press of the handset your taken to wherever reclining position you require.

Bought this for my elderly relative. It is exactly as described. Good quality material, she likes the heat on her back and seat. Measurements true to size. Very good value for money. Arrived a lot quicker than expected. Easy to put together it came in 3 boxes at the same time. Overall very pleased as she has hurt her back and couldn’t get out of her old chair. This chair is extremely comfortable. It’s only a bit noisy when the massagers are working. But that’s to be expected.

Bought this for my husband who is confined to living upstairs for a while. This chair looks good, is comfortable and is very easy to use. My son put it together and found it very easy to do. Really good for the price.

We found it very easy to assemble, and it’s comfortable, my wife likes the massager, it’s a bit noisy, but hopefully we will get use to it.
