This is a nice set at a good price. I break my workout into heavy sets followed by finishers of low weights/high reps to failure (to fatigue the muscle). Adding these occlusion bands to my bicep and tricep finisher sets has been a solid addition with noticable results.

The bands are made of a semi stretchy material, so the fit is more comfortable than I expected. Short term impression: I experienced an enhanced muscle pump during weight lifting and experienced arm muscle soreness despite lifting with lighter weights than usual (as one may expect). I am using these while rehabbing a shoulder injury to enhance muscle fatigue while training with much lighter weights. Definitely worth a try for the price.

Good size for the arms. Felt soft against the skin. Easy to self apply. Buckle is metal and the product feels pretty solid

Much better with plastic ring rather than buckle prevents nipping your skin plus much quicker to put on and take off 👍👍👍

I haven't tried any others and thought I would try BFR training as part of normal strength training. They fit well with no discomfort. Have used for about 10 sessions and the hook and loop attachments (the part that worried me the most) still seem in good order with no fraying/coming undone.
