Yay!! A cheaper alternative for malt powder in cooking and the Scratch products are GREAT!

Never tried this before but saw Jamie Oliver use it when making hot cocoa over an open 🔥. Adds a nice little something to the texture and flavor of your cocoa. Give it a try. You won't regret it.

Tastes just like the Carnation brand I used to find at the store. They only carry it in chocolate and I wanted the plain malted milk to put in milkshakes and my Slimfast to make it taste better. Price was great and shipping was fast. Thanks!

Nice quality hard to find malt powder

Perhaps I had the wrong expectations....but I thought this product would add that delightful, old-fashioned "malted milk" flavor to an ordinary milk shake. I was sadly disappointed when it did not.
